Staff very helpful made the stay very enjoyable

Dated room interior breakfast below 5 quality especially frozen bread and pastry Outrageous Wi Fi prices

comparing with other 5 stars breakfast was not good enough

Location in the heart of Canary Wharf with spoilt for choice of restaurants within easy walking distance Transport links are amazing DLR Tube buses and River Clipper

Sound proofing our room was adjacent to the DLR track which is very noisy and starts early in the morning Chose alternate rooms if possible

Room needs refurbished

Furniture in room used and damaged all needs replacing

The staff had the most amazing customer service training They were so polite and eager to please I loved it

Amazing front desk staffs and management very friendly and helpful polite and friendly the same time The building is full of character even it doesn t have the best modern features but it has a special Parisian old school feel to it Very tidy clean and exactly the type of hotel fit in my personal preferences

Certain rooms don t have much light but the front desk changed it for us very quickly

Great deal for that fantastic place

WiFi system is odd This kind of hotels MUST have direct and free internet access

Excellent staff made our stay very enjoyable they made our children very happy with complimentary chocolates activity packs and hot chocolate

Although our room was comfortable it was not 5 star in my opinion there were no extras like slippers ect I also thought 12 50 for 4 small crackers with cheese was a little over priced

The breakfast was good as there was variety

Would be nice to get some smoothies with the breakfast Also when we came back late at night to our rooms we had someone ask to see our hotel keys first to prove we were staying there Made us feel like we were trying to sneak into a room that wasn t ours Is this routine
