Size restriction policy for dogs the hotel does not welcome dogs over a certain weight which is unfortunate as I often travel with my large dog I d much rather sleep next door to a well behaved large dog than a little unruly one
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and I loved every minute of my time there
Great friendly staff excellent breakfast with a huge variety of food fresh cakes and drinks including cava The hotel is a fair walk from las ramblas but we enjoy the walk when its sunny outside plus it meant it was quiet overnight essential when travelling with young children
The hotel staff was very courteous Helped us with getting cabs at odd times of the day The hotel is located right opposite a department store Complimentary breakfast was really nice looked forward to it everyday Bathroom was good
We couldn t control the temperature of our room ourselves Had to perpetually leave the window open so that the room stays cool The hallways were kept super warm for reasons unknown to us

Not possible to turn completely off the air conditioning system they don t fill anymore the breakfast with fresh products 30 min before the end time so if you arrive 30 min before you don t have plenty of products anymore
Rooms are very comfortable
Everything is perfect except I wouldn t order the buffet breakfast There is not much variety for the price paid and if you join the buffet late the food starts to get put away before the time is finished Better off to eat in the city
The spa and sauna room were a welcome addition to the overall comfort of the hotel We loved the free welcome snacks and cocktail These were much appreciated after a long day of travelling
We loved everything about this hotel
Booked this hotel as a surprise 50th birthday treat for my partner I originally booked us a junior suite the manager kindly upgraded us to the bridal suite The room was amazing Food was great breakfast was fantastic Location great as bus stop right outside just 10 mins to Central area We did walk there as well which was about 15 20 mins Overall a fantastic hotel would certainly recommend
