Albar Hotel

General loccation is great although immediate area isn t Nice style and vibe Wonderful pool

The hotel only opened in early December and it feels some way short of 5 stars especially on service Management Training and discipline are lacking so staff seem chaotic and bit dazed both at reception but also in the spa and especially in the restaurant Service at both dinner and breakfast was very very slow and haphazard They re working hard and trying but there seemed to be a general lack of training and awareness of what 5 star means at least in an international context Hotel has amazing potential Didn t like iPad controls for lights and everything in the room give me an old fashioned light switch any day

Luxury room with fridge next door to Marks and Spencer Food Hall

Very nice stuff and great room

Staff were very friendly nothing was too much hassle Including our many taxi bookings irons drinks just to name a few Rooms were very well decorated and perfect size for weekend break

Bar could have been more welcoming with staffing at all times Garden area was closed Could of been closer to tourist attractions

Great concierge Helped us with everything we needed including a reservation at a 3 Michelin restaurant nd storing our bikes Exceptional toilet with heated seating Location is perfect next to Louvre Great breakfast

Nothing but If I have to mention a small incident we had no cappuccino at breakfast machine malfunction which embarrased the maitre so he treated us with a very nice glass of champagne

Stuff very friendly and helpful Grate advise and a good laugh

Location cleanness Staff Very Friendly Rooms was pretty comfortable Room size was good for single but would be a little tight for mare than that

Shower is open and straight overhead For a tall person it is a little uncomfortable A little Dark with everything Black

Lovely staff great room lovely shower very comfy bed Excellent facilities Didn t eat there though

Location is fab Starbucks and Mark Spencer food is little same block as building Lots of bus stops close by lots of eateries too

Housekeeping wasnt up to the mark Water glasses and tea cups in room were not replaced daily even if they were used
