Staff were friendly and helpful and room was big

Location wasn t great too far out so we had to get a bus everywhere and bus stop is not just outside hotel as advertised Also roadworks outside so had to cross the road and couldn t walk on any of footpaths Not great selection of food in restaurant

Room was very good all of staff were very good but mix up on check out has caused duplicate payment issue Breakfast very good limited choice for other times so ate elsewhere in centre none really near hotel

Staff did not seem to understand how to use cash passport card so rejected payment on it and asked for another card subsequently found payment taken from both

GOOD HOTEL THOUGH NOT VERY CENTRAL HAD TO TAKE A BUS EVERY DAY TO GO TO AMSTERDAM CENTRAL THE HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GO TO THE TOWN
