Room was minuscule Only just enough space to cram a single bed in Don t use if you have any incling of claustophobia Breakfast was canteen style Far from palacial

Location is good for legal London

The cost is really high I stay often with work but I always look for somewhere cheaper local to it

Teeny tiny room marginally bigger than the small single bed Third floor with no lift ok for me but won t suit all Teabag in the room was stale and discoloured

No hot water in the morning told receptionist they said they will sort it out so we decided to go down for breakfast but there was no room so had to go back to hotel room and wait while waiting they said water is back working but ours was not so tried again to go down for breakfast still no room or hot water and then it was was time to leave so we wasn t very happy as we had our child with us

The single room was too small you couldn t plug in your chargers or appliances as the plugs were hidden at the back of a fitted unit next to bed I performed contornists moves to plug In the fan there was also a glass top that overhung the unit which caught on your leg getting in and out of bed The breakfast room was too small for the number of people using it

Excellent location friendly helpful staff Lovely well presented room

Used the restaurant for a carvery meal one evening which whilst adequate could have been better However the breakfast was excellent great choice and presentation

The location is excellent Hotel has been refurbished so everywhere looks clean and fresh

Stay here often Tried booking direct on Strand s Website but I got an error that booking was currently not possible Went to booking com and got a room immediately Negative Room s windows were screwed shut and could not open to draft out the hot and moist room Construction site was blocking the entire window view Some strange motor or plumbing sound was happebing through wall of bathroom that woke me up several times during my three night stay Reception staff at checkin was not very warm and not welcoming and appeared if I was bothering him during checkin Condition of Rooms Carpets in Halls is not 4x Star Outdated Room 159 is tiny 6m Sq and for The price of 180 per Night too expensive
