Lovely hotel rooms great

Bar closes at 23 00 on a Friday night with nothing else anywhere close to the hotel everywhere a 20 minute cab journey away Also all the cabs we took from the hotel were twice as expensive as apposed to our return journey breakfast definayely worth skipping can t even say average at best however that said I can highly recommend afternoon tea gorgeous cakes

Very small room for what you pay and the size of the room no way match with five stars

The breakfast was awesome

Dear sirs I several times staid in your hotel Also it was always happy with professionalism of staff of hotel The last time I stopped on February 7th this year Also I faced a number of problems First incompetence of employees of a parking led to problems in electronics of absolutely new car It despite that giving car keys I paid attention of your employee to existence of a car key and the electronic chip You can check it on cameras of external supervision Secondly your employees at a parking in garage scratched a front bumper of the car on the right side I got into the car at the left and not at once noticed it Check records of cameras of external supervision and look as it occurred Thus the part of my holiday was spoiled I wait for your explanations Yours faithfully Oleg Stadukhin

Location was superb and the breakfast was good Really enjoyed soft live music at breakfast

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the michelin listing No one had told us that the restaurant was on a severely restricted menu as the chef was on holiday I anticipate a slightly higher price with the listing I have yet to receive a discount when the service is not offered And even an expression of regret would have helped

Breakfast was good

We went there to stay after a concert since the website mentions a free shuttle service from to San Siro Turned out the shuttle service was not free at all it was 10 Euro each Value for money at least No that was to have only ONE small mini van that would travel back and forth from the stadium after the concert we had to wait on the street almost 2 hours to get on the shuttle And we weren t the last group going back some people had to wait even more Furthermore the travel was uncomfortable as we tried to get in as many people as possible so we were 14 in an 8 seats van The room was ok but it was impossible to switch the air con off and in the middle of the night we were freezing No blankets were available in the room so we had to sleep with our clothes on When we said so to the receptionist the next morning she said we should have opened the window to stop the air con as it is a system that can t be turned off manually I suggested to put a sign in the room or at least have blankets available she said we should have called them and they would have explained that to us I find it a ridiculous answer to give when I just told you I was awaken in the middle of the night by the cold No free wifi

A nice good quality ie what you would expect for a 4 star hotel As you can on a map it s outside of the centre but the shuttle to Certosa works fine there s no ticket machine at Certosa but the shuttle driver stopped at a news stand to make sure I had a ticket If you need to be in that part of Milan it s great

There s not much in the area if you want to venture outside the hotel

The hotel is simply excellent it would be my choice hotel when next I visit Milan
