Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MXN 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property accepts infants under the age of 1 and children over the age of 12.
