Friendly staff and good location

very comfortable bed nice bathroom

Staff was great and polite was close to train station and shopping mall

It wasn t very clean or air con only had a little fan to keep us cool in the heat And was very expensive for what you got

Friendly staff quit and good located hotel near london tower excellent room service and good restaurants nearby For breakfast we recommand pret manger near London Tower Terrace and good breakfast fresh juice m sli croissant cappuccino fruit for 10 per person

Location is very good near to Tower Bridge tube restaurants pubs whats not to like Staff very friendly and cheerful and gave us an upgrade

Nothing all was perfect

We upgraded our room to a Superior one and it was superb Met all our requirements

Felt the quality of the food could have been better The food was not as good as another Apex hotel we tried before Christmas

Everything was first class

The price of breakfast was a bit steep

The receptions staff were really helpful and lovely to talk to We appreciated having a front view room

The cleanliness of the whole room was awful especially the bathroom The other staff didn t know what we were saying and couldn t even open a cork bottle of wine The bed was far too firm so didn t have a comfortable nights sleep The rooms were too dark and small as could barely get round the bed

Room and whole house too hot
