Hotel Raffaello

The rooms were of a good size and the staff were very nice

The beds were extremely hard when we arrived the bar fridge did not close properly so everything was warm and the air conditioning was not working

Staff clean in general is good

Location far from Metro station

Nice big room with a good view Great breakfast Scrambled eggs beautiful

Tram station right in front of the hotel directly to the Doumo There is a very nice restaurant just one street down at the corner

The hotel room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean Staff was kind and helpful

The property was relatively old the hairdryer was so funny and made too much noise when I tried to use it

The transport service that you can request is very efficient Also the staff are helpful and an over all good service
