Rockwood House

Rockwood House owners Robert and Jean have been welcoming visitors for the last 31 years. Each guest is able to come and go as they wish as they all receive a key set. Magnificent views as you wake up in the morning excite our visitors into exploring the wonderful countryside of the Dales. We are always willing to plan routes, give advice and even lend you walking boots and maps to help you on your way and our car parking is so easy. Set within the peaceful Yorkshire village of Embsay, Rockwood House has beautiful views of the moors and surrounding countryside. It offers light, airy rooms.

Each room at Rockwood features an en suite shower room or full bathroom, free Wi-Fi access, and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is also a TV and a hairdryer for guests.

Rockwood House is situated on the edge of the idyllic Yorkshire Dales, with numerous scenic walking trails leading from the village. The town of Skipton, with its independent shops and famous market, is just a 5-minute drive away. Please inform Rockwood House in advance of your expected arrival time.
