Room was clean and tidy and the staff were informative and helpful

The wooden floors in the rooms got awoken a few times by people dragging furniture across the floor It would of been nice to have a bar in the hotel to chill out in the evening

Very noisy party at the lobby was up till 4 AM because of the noise no sound proof walls you can hear walking from the people in the room above us I inform the front desk and he said sorry it s the fashion week party

I had an excellent stay at the hotel The hotel is a stones throw away from the Champs lys es and handy for the Charles De Gaulle metro station and also Gare De Nord station The hotel staff were super friendly extremely helpful and helped us with directions and booking tickets for Disneyland Our room was spacious modern and clean Would definitely stay at the hotel again when I return to Paris

concierge missed a few bookings Room service food is not good and made a few mistakes by sending wrong meal twice though they remedied it first time second time didn t have time to wait for the correct meal to come up

bad experence I paid for two speraed bed and when i arrived they gave me one bed

Both mornings the waitress delivered the wrong order to me while dining in the hallway restaurant She was too busy talking and wouldn t listen to me
