room was sub par worn tired there were dirty glasses and cigarettes on the steps for day there was no ramp for luggage staff really did not care except for housekeeping who did the best they could for worn out tired carpeting etc

Some of the surrounding buildings look dodgy to say the least

Very cramped room no wardrobe ridiculously small sink in the bathroom and window was not working so no fresh air for 3 days

We liked the decor
Too noisy as we were close to the road
Breakfasts were awesome and staff was very attentive However if I had booked direct breakfast would have been free As it was we had to pay 20 pounds for breakfast every day
Double bed barely fit into very tiny room Space was cramped Heating unit had mind of its own and did not regulate temp correctly We feel room was overpriced for a renovated building that was noisy
Great staff
We left two rings in the room However we phoned to them in the afternoon they said it is gone We think probably cleaner or staff taked it or someone entered into room taked the ring after we checked out In other words this hotel is not safe
Bathroom was excellent bed and pillows very comfy and very up to date hotel
When we were having a hard time finding our way back to the hotel walking from the giant farris wheel we called the number from the internet 3 times and never got an answer
The location the staff are friendly The cleanliness of the rooms and their style
Everything was perfect
