Hotel H

The location of the Hotel was just amazing right across the road from Hyde Park and only a 25 30 minute walk to the centre of London The staff were amazing friendly and helpful except the housekeeping the room was clean and tidy

The view we had was of a wall if we stood on our toes we could see some sky The bathroom was nice but the water preasure in the room was terrible and only just enought to wash off any shampoo or soap that you d put on Even the preasure in the taps was very poor Wasn t to keen on the housekeeping staff that decided to knock the door at just gone 9am to ask when we were leaving even though it was a mid day checkout Otherwise it did what it said on the tin and gave us somewhere to sleep and not to expesive either

I was once in this hotel this was my second time and received room up grade free mini bar and free breakfast Excellent service staff room and location

just the location seems to be ok

rooms size very very tiny and very old hotel the clumsy rooms and not fit to live for a family Like a dungeon

Inconsistency of staff interaction Some were excellent and very helpful others abrupt Cost of breakfast very excessive yes I know we could have had a cheaper option in the bar The breakfast was good and if cheaper we would have chosen it every day

Excellent location good breakfast choice and nice size room

Spa was a bit soul less and had no atmosphere

coffee machine in bedroom alongside kettle plus air conditioning and balcony

had to wait for room to be ready despite arriving at 5pm

The room was so noisy we didn t end up Staying we travelled home at 1am the room service food i orderd had to be sent back
