Hotel Kensington

Very warm friendly polite and helpful staff I really like them Hotel location is perfect Walking distance to bus and station You could walk to Harrods as well Right face to Kensington Palace I love go jogging there in the morning

Room is very very small Especially the bathroom Hard to walk or eat in the room when you have luggages

Rooms although small very comfortable Bed very comfortable Location excellent

Cooked breakfast was chaotic and slow

We didn t like being woken during the night by the security asking us to turn our TV off when it was already off and the strange buzzing noises on and off all night in our room Service in the bar was poor

Nice reception area buffet breakfast very nice competent staff

The room is small view on garbage As an spg member didn t expect that They didn t suggest for a club room

centrally located

The room was extremely quiet We never heard voices in the halls or doors slam during the night

Location close to the Gloucester tube station

We were very displeased that wifi in rooms was not complimentary As a result we did not pay and needed to be in the lounge to make plans and check emails This is the only hotel of many that we have stayed in recently that had such inconvenient wifi We thought the hotel would give better complimentary service

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights This is definitely an exceptional hotel The staff is amazing no other words to describe their hospitality Outstanding room Indulging bathroom and amenities Location is beautiful nearby Kensington Palace and Kensington Park Definitely I ll come again

Comfy bed good sized room

Staff were great room was clean but decor was a little dated but maybe just not my taste Rate was ok for london i guess but perhaps a little much for the room size etc if compared to others
