A centrally located hotel with a superb staff The reception staff were unfailingly friendly helpful and linguistically adroit Similarly the waiting porting and cleaning staff were notably dedicated and conscientious We enjoyed the easy access to the pleasures and beauties of Vienna and as well the luggage storage arrangement of our room
The disadvantage of the central location was that the streets were somewhat noisy at night though not such as to disrupt our sleep
