David (US) Nestled within a forest of Eucalyptus trees and next to a blueberry plantation on the banks of Chimbarongo estuary, La Sara Hotel Boutique B&B is a rustic country home in Colchagua Valley, offering 4 luxurious suites with free WiFi and complimentary breakfast with fresh eggs and blueberry juice during the harvest season. All guests are welcome with a cocktail.

The property is surrounded by a natural Eucalyptus park leading down to the estuary and offers guests a cosy atmosphere with eclectic and vintage country decor. Each room takes up a corner of the house and features unique decoration and garden views, as well as a private bathroom with free toiletries.

At the centre of the house guests will find a large dining area with a rustic wooden table, a wide and comfortable seating area, and a terrace with a fireplace ready for those cold winter days.

La Sara Hotel Boutique B&B is near many of the most visited wineries in the region. For example Viu Manent Winery and its restaurant are a 5-minute drive away, while Lapostolle, Clos Apalta, Montes and Las Nias Wineries are a 10-minute drive away.

Santa Cruzs city centre is a 10-minute drive away, where guests can visit the main square, the museum, a variety of restaurants and Colchaguas casino. Santiago airport is 200 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Please inform La Sara Hotel Boutique in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note if keys and/or remote control of the front door suffer any damage or get lost, a fee of USD 40 will be charge.

Please note children under 12 years old cannot be accommodated at the property.

LOCAL TAX LAW

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
