The room itself was very comfy and I had a good nights sleep
The location was a little way out the hotel itself lacked a lift and no offer to help with any bags also no room service things which I would expect as standard from this star rated hotel
Didn t like anything about the stay if i had a chance to change or cancel it I would do it right away
