Great location Amazing staff Ambience was incredible Worth the money I wouldnt stay anywhere else

The lobby design is so cozy for visitors to grab a view of the cannel street scene

The bed is immediate next to the washing room makes a little uncomfortable

Nice idea for separate quiet lounge area but could benefit from being larger and being adults only

Location is excellent The front office team is one of the best hosting team I have met they are willing and capable of helping out for every need you ask Decoration and atmosphere is very modern yet cozy and chic Breakfast is very rich and delicious You should try every single cake and desert served

The linens have been changed after we asked for At this range hotel daily linen change should be a standard or at least optional

The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly Especially Ava and Curado The location of the hotel is excellent since it is walking distance from so many places to visit

The only thing I ve noticed through my two stays that when I get the rooms there s always a weird smell in it like a little bit of sewage But after putting perfume it s all good I love this hotel
