The ambience of the hotel and the staff made you feel very welcome

Quality of the fish chips a little disappointing

We stayed for one night to celebrate my wife s 40th We were treated like royalty with a room upgrade two surprise birthday cakes and cards for the wife and complimentary champagne from a member of staff who was also celebrating their 40th The staff couldn t do enough for you and we re truly superb

We had a shock at the price of a Blue Angel cocktail at 50 The prices weren t on the menu so you didn t know until the bill arrived but it s the Savoy the cocktail was served with flare and gold dust Would I order it again Yes I m glad my wife ordered the drink she wanted because she wouldn t have if she knew the price beforehand

The room was clean and well furnished even if small for 1 person approx 13m breakfast was ok and position of he Hotel very good for any professionnal need at RAI 5 minutes by walk

Size of the room temperature was a little bit low in winter and I couldn t change it

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel with excellent service polite and friendly staff The hotel is well located spotlessly clean and breakfast is excellent Concierge service is excellent and so is the restaurant which serves gourmet food I will definitely stay here again when I visit Vienna

I just wanted to mention that as I had booked online as non refundable for executive suite and deluxe room there was no flexibility of changing to a family suite to accommodate 3 adults me and my 2 older children when I asked at the hotel

Location cleanliness helpful with us with a late check out when we were catching a long haul flight with only a small charge

Room was very small for 2 adults and a toddler

Breakfast big and comfortable room close to train station and Belvedere

not tidy has bed bugs which caused me allergies stuffy rooms and badly working air conditioning And week intermittent wi fi connection

Good location near Belvedere palaca very clean

Little bit expensive parking is public and payed 18 per day

good location and very clean Restaurant staff excellent

The breakfast was ordinary

please put water hoses in the toilet next to the toilet bowl
