Chalets & Apartments Wachterhof enjoys a hillside position above Kaltenbach in the Ziller Valley, with direct access to the slopes of the Hochfgen-Hochzillertal Ski Area. Each of the Alpine-style chalets and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic mountain-view terrace or balcony.

All units are equipped with solid wooden furniture and a balcony, while most of them feature a fireplace. Linen and towels are included. Some also feature a private hot tub and a private sauna.

In summer, you can spend relaxing hours on the deck chairs in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities. Children can have fun on the playground or with the animals in the petting zoo.

During the winter months, it is possible to start your ski day directly from the property to the ski slopes, without using a car. You can also benefit from a boot dryer and a ski storage room free of charge.

Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request. As a special service for dinner is offered where guests can choose from an a la carte menu. The nearest shops and restaurants are 2 km away.

The centre of Kaltenbach, as well as various cross-country ski runs, is 3 km away. A high ropes course can be found 150 metres from the Wachterhof, and the public bus and the ski bus stop just 300 metres away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Linen and towels are included in the rates.
