Hotel Albucasis

The Hotel Albucasis is a welcoming oasis of tranquility in the bustling tourist center of Crdoba, just a short walk to the colorful mosque and other points of cultural interest. Although centrally located in the Old Jewish Quarter (Barrio de la Judera) with its maze of narrow, twisting streets, whitewashed houses, pots of colorful flowers, and romantic wrought iron balconies, the hotel is quiet. Reflecting the Arabic and Roman style, the Albucasis faces onto its own small courtyard with fresh white walls laced with greenery and potted plants. Form the courtyard you enter into the reception area that also serves as a bar and breakfast lounge. Light streams in through a wall of French windows, making the room especially cheerful. The decor is simple and uncluttered with white walls, terracotta floors, and round tables with wooden chairs. There are nine double and six single rooms- all similar in decor with wooden headboards and matching desk and chair. Hotel Albucasis is set in Cordobas Old Jewish Quarter, 5 minutes walk from the Mezquita Cathedral. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a charming garden patio. Some rooms have Mezquita views.
