This hotel initially seemed pretentious however the staff turned that impression The front desk clerk was helpful with directions restaurants willing to help in all aspects Wish we had an extra night Vienna is a beautiful magical city It was by birthday and the staff had a tray of cheeses fruit and wine waiting for us in our room Thank you all again

It s a normal hotel Not fancy but OK to stay for few nights Good WIFI free parking fair price the proximity to the highway when traveling by car There is a tram close enough that will take you right in the heart of the city at the Wien Opera I truly recommend this hotel

Breakfast is a little bit expensive Carpet in hallways should be changed here and there

Clean comfortable easy to adjust temperature to a cool temperature breakfast was delicious with lots of variety in both food and beverage breakfast food quality was superb and staff was very courteous and helpful

Everything is fine Boiler and choice of coffee tea in a room is an advantage

Price for breakfast is too high

Location is great Rooms are spacious

Breakfast was a struggle Staff was just unable to cope and the breakfast room is designed poorly

Few minutes walk from the tram train and then 15 stops later you are at the Opera At night I recommend to the ladies to get taxi or use a car the walk to the hotel is not pleasant Plenty of parking space rooms are excellent restaurant is fine as well as it is the breakfast
