The hotel is in a fantastic location all of the bars and restaurants of the Navigli are close by but it is still very peaceful at night The rooms are clean and nicely decorated The staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast was amazing the breakfast staff especially did a great job of serving everyone and keeping the wide selection of food replenished Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Milan
I was expecting a double room but we had two single beds pushed together
The manager we spoke to was very helpful and accommodating as were most of the staff We were given a map and told some places to visit while staying in the city and was given enough info to navigate ourselves
Room was very good all of staff were very good but mix up on check out has caused duplicate payment issue Breakfast very good limited choice for other times so ate elsewhere in centre none really near hotel
Staff did not seem to understand how to use cash passport card so rejected payment on it and asked for another card subsequently found payment taken from both
Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly
Would have been better if windows could be opened also not enough power points Reception staff helped by supplying extension lead

Great location in the heart of the restaurant area Only a few minutes walk from station but a little difficult to find Nice breakfasts

The Hotel was modern and the rooms had everything you would need including drink making facilities free safe free wifi and fridge The roof top pool was great The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station
It was a long walk into Barcelona The view from my daughter s room was of 2 walls no natural light at all
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and I loved every minute of my time there
