Well located clean and very cool decoration Staff were super helpful and the rooftop bar was awesome
Gym looked really cool but was slightly lacking in equipment Other than that no complaints the hotel was great
Location is right near the Moulin Rouge and close to the Sacre Coeur Room were large by Paris standards and quite nicely decorated The bed was large enough to accommodate a couple of reasonably sized beached whales Breakfast was nice
Checkout clerk was rather rude seemed he was annoyed that we disturbed him at 1 AM but this was stated in our reservation They offer no help with parking despite having a parking in the basement operated by a different company
They gave us a quiet room as we requested sumptuous breakfast very polite and helpful staff modern and comfortable room great location away from the city centre madness but close to metro while bus stop right in front of the hotel supermarket bakeries close by air conditioning
The computer at the reception is too slow in case someone doesn t want to use the free WiFi the bathroom was very modern but rather smelly of humidity the installation of a shower curtain as well as of a practical way to open the ceiling window are highly recommended
I really liked rich breakfast and location close to Mariahilfe Strasse
Didn t like the the limescale on shower head and faucets
Room was comfortable and came with ironing board and kettle Free Wifi was good
I was hard to find the nearest tram or bus stop they were at least 8 minutes walk away The maps supplied lacked any reference points so it s easy to head in the wrong direction without using GPS Compass There are no shops near the hotel

The best service I have ever seen
The staff were amazing everyone is super friendly and helpful they ve managed to give us ana amazing guide through the city s most important attractions
I just felt comfortable at this hotel The coffee in the lounge friendly staff It was good Praise to Anna Kristine Matilda and Hakim Friendly and helpful staff

The rooms were always clean
The location This hotel is located right next to the underground station You can basicallu hear the announcements in the station The walls are also thin So in addition you can hear every noise in the hotel The staff were rude when we came down for breakfast It was a Monday but it was a public holiday so according to their hotel rules breakfast ran for longer The staff were unaware of this i guess And were rude to us Due to the noise i woke up everyday with a headache The bed we slept on was two singles put together and there was always an uncomfortable gap in the bed
