It was very clean quiet

Nothing to dislike

The location was great for theatre district and Holborn underground Room very clean and comfortable Staff very friendly free coffee and biscuits just behind reception

Was not impressed with the breakfast in the restaurant had full english plates were cold and some of food was look warm

The room we were in was perfect big comfy bed excellent shower great overall

Breakfast service was very poor So bad in fact we didn t end up bothering to have breakfast in the hotel the second morning of our stay They took up until we were almost ready to give up and leave to come take our order for eggs and coffee Then the coffees took more than the eggs to make it to our table completely cold which told me they must ve been sitting around forever We got a halfhearted sorry by the end but by that point we were just done Second point the cleaning staff on our floor 3 rd spent at least 15 minutes talking on full volume in the hallway outside our door at 5am both nights which ruined our sleep Considering the reputation and cost of the hotel we were not impressed and would probably not return as sleep quality and breakfast are quite important to us

The look and feel the staff the breakfast the rooftop bar the attention to the small cool details are just awesome

It was unfortunate that the bed was very soft for us and very high

Location is perfect hotel is very clean and modern Staff are very helpful Complimentary tea and coffee station and water just added that extra special touch I have used this accommodation my last 2 visits to London and will continue to stay here on further trips

Impressive cleanliness They will clean your room twice a day and not only in the morning I love the location even though it s a bit far by the center if you want te be close the the seam this is the best spot

Absolutely unacceptable to pay 25 euros per internet rate per day and a fee of 45 euros per person for a simple breakfast in an hotel where you pay an average of 400 euros per night With this rate internet should be included and breakfast too Hotel Arts at the time was the best choice now i d say it s very but very outdated

location staff facilities cleanness almost everything was nice

WIFI service in room was chargeable This is not a 5 stars expectation
