Very comfy bed and pillows

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room

The perfect floor plan and well thought out storage made our small room feel spacious and easy to keep pretty looking The huge light bathroom was glorious after all the dangerous cramped facilities in our other hotels All meals we ate in the restaurant were as pretty to look at as they were delicious We had the duck mousse with rhubarb jam twice

The only rooms with two beds are right by the lift so we had a lot of noise from returning Royal Albert concert goers

The staff were lovely and very helpful

No tea or coffee making equipment in the room had to call down for a cup of tea which cost 5 00 plus 3 00 tray charge plus 12 5 service the worlds most expensive cuppa Also no parking facilities

Easy walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall Polite courteous staff

Lack of drawer space in the bedroom For one night it did not matter but for a longer stay would not want to keep non hangables in my suitcase

The room on the 5th floor accessed via a set of stairs was small but also quiet

General ambiance wonderful art work and antique pieces The whole was very well put together The dining room however is ready for a re furb it does not match the standard of the remainder of The Gore

A little dissapointed as there was no tea coffee making facilities in the room and wouldve liked a king size bed considering the price of the room Think there are cheaper hotels with better service

The hotel was beautiful I liked the decor just to my taste Fantastic location near Hyde Park Staff was very friendly and was extremly helpful

That they tried to transfer us to the Paleham Hotel which I did not like

Location was fantastic for Royal Albert Halls Staff were very helpful The room was lovely
