Los Caiquenes

The stylish rooms at Los Caiquenes have honey-wood interiors, fresh white linens and scenic garden views. All are equipped with cable TV and free cable internet, and have queen-size beds.

The restaurant at Los Caiquenes serves homemade Chilean gastronomy, and the bar features an extensive list of fine wines. A continental breakfast with fruits, bread rolls and pastries is served.

Guests at can enjoy stunning views of Osorno Volcano from the garden. They can also head to downtown Puerto Varas which offers several restaurants and boutiques.

Los Caiquenes Boutique Hotel is 20-minutes drive from El Tepuel Airport, and 30 minutes from Puerto Montt City. It provides an airport shuttle service and free parking Please note that guests must specify in advance, soon after booking, if they need 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Only 1 child is allowed to stay in the room free of charge.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
