Food was good Hotel location is in a nice area and next to major luxurious boutiques Very friendly and helpful staff

Although breakfast is quite up to standard but the system is new for us You should order all food other than croissants No cheese or ham are displayed I do not think this will take lot of space

Friendly welcome

Basement bedroom therefore no window air con worked well but hard to sleep with it on I didn t know I was going to be in the basement if I had I wouldn t have booked the room quite claustrophobic Last guest s dirty towels were in the wardrobe Last guest s hairs were in the bath Fire alarm went off early morning Toilet flush was very stiff needed to push it loads of times before it flushed

Good location Comfortable quite and stylish rooms Very clean hotel International TV channels kettle

I was there in the first cold night of the winter season The air conditioner was fixed to summer mode only and the room was really cold Next night they solved it In the last day the cleaning lady entered in the room at 9 40 in the morning without even knocking the door She was surprised more than me

The noise from the waterpipes in the walls is really load If somebody flushes or showers you hear this very well This effects comfort for sleeping and working
