Shirahama Ocean Resort

Shirahama Ocean Resort features a hot-spring bath and a spa for guests to request relaxing massages. Each room has beautiful ocean views, and an outdoor swimming pool located in front of the beach is open during the summer season. A free shuttle runs from JR Tateyama Train Station, which is a 30-minute drive away. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby area.

Guests can choose between rooms with Western beds or rooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and Japanese futon bedding. All rooms include a private toilet, TV, a fridge, and an electric kettle with green tea. Some rooms include a private bathroom with bath and shower.

The hotel has a beautiful seaside garden that lights up at night. Local products can be purchased at the souvenir shop, and drinks and karaoke are available at the bar lounge.

Shirahama Ocean Resort is an 1-hour drive from Kamogawa Sea World. The free shuttle stops at the Tateyama Family Park which is a 20-minute bus ride away.
