nice spacy room 2 separate large bedrooms free breakfast for kids below 12 years very good food very nice recepcionist they offered silent room when asked wifi close to the centre and subway
Some of the staff were quite unhelpful The check in time of 3 pm was far too late even though we had asked if we could check in a couple of hours earlier as we had been driving through the night

The room was not clean enough and there was a strong smell of cigarettes on the lobby The decor is very weird

comfortable bed good soundproofing a small kettle and cups were very useful to make some cofee tea in the morning and mini bar saved our sandwiches in the night for the breakfast Billa and Lidl are close to the hotel but be aware that they don t work on Saturday after 18 00 and don t work at Sunday at all close to the station St Marx where you can use S7 line train to get to the airport in 20 min
wi fi in rooms didn t work for 3 days out of 4 days of our stay the hotel wasn t able to fix this problem urgently it was unacceptable for us because wi fi in the room was the most important thing for our stay the door in the bathroom didn t close properly room 504 it was too cold in the bathroom there was no vacuum cleaning in the room for 4 days maids only made our bed and took the garbage

AC was not functioning but repaired during stay
