There is a lake about 7 km away and Montesilvano Beach is about a 30-minute drive from the establishment. Liberi Airport is about 38 km away.

The residence is the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquillity. Built in 2010, there are a total of just 3 apartments at this ski hotel. Guests are welcomed in the lobby and there is 24-hour check-out service and a hotel safe. The tavern in the hotel serves breakfast and features a fireplace, reading room, lounge, nightly entertainment, a satellite /digital TV and an Internet point. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, games room, children's playground, wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, and a car park as well as bicycle hire (for a fee).
