Located in a residential complex in Playa Blanca, Villa Benita is a 3-minute drive from the beach. It has international satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a private patio with a pool and barbecue.

The modern Villa Benitas kitchen includes a hob, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

The Rubicn Marina is a 10-minute walk from the villa, and you can drive to the famous Papagayo Beach in around 15 minutes. Lanzarote Airport is a 35-minute drive away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Villa Benita in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the keys can be collected from the post box at the entrance of the house. This can be opened using the code sent by Villa Benita 1 week before arrival.

There is a surcharge of EUR 15 per day for heating the pool.
