Kayak Lodge

Kayak Lodge is set in a protected mangrove forest, 5 km from Islas Damas on Costa Ricas Pacific Coast. Specializing in kayak or boat excursions through the mangroves, the hotel has an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Guests can make phone calls from rooms for local calls, room-to-room and calls to the USA and Canada (extra charge).

The accommodation is surrounded by tropical wildlife. White-faced monkeys visit balconies, and you can see crocodiles, iguanas and turtles, as well as tropical birds and other animals. Air-conditioned rooms have satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Some have a balcony and a minibar.

You can hire a car from the Kayak Lodges front desk. The hotel has a souvenir shop and offers a massage service. Activities such as canopy tours, rafting, horseback riding, catamaran boat tours, ATVs tour and sport fishing can be arranged.

Biesanz Beach is 20 minutes drive away, Matapalo Beach is 30 minutes drive away and Palo Seco Beach is a 35-minute drive away. Manuel Antonio National Park is just 15 km away. Due to the lack of public transportation, we recommend to arrive by car. Please note that the Kayak Lodge is not accessible via public transport, and guests must arrange their own transport to the property. Car rental can be arranged at reception.
