I found the room bathroom area slightly dirty dusty
High floor superior room Good pubs on the backroute way walking to the park try the Greenwich Union and Plume of Feathers The nearby japanese restaurant Kitcho Convenient for Deptford Bridge DLR Away from over touristy areas
The traffic between the DLR station and hotel but it is only a few minutes walk
It was the very first stay in a hotel and it was our honeymoon nite enjoyed it and would recommend it to friends and family
Could of been in a better situation near the river

the location was perfect for visiting all attractions in the area The hotel was very well presented and the staff were very professional and attentive The view from the room window was amazing Breakfast was good
The room we stayed in was quite small for a superior room and looked lovely but was not practical I bumped my head twice on the very awkwardly placed bedside tables The bathroom was small The bed was not too comfortable There was no draught beer at the bar which is not acceptable in a four star hotel This all said we did enjoy our stay and most likely would stay again for a short break I feel we got 4 star decor but 3 star fascilities

they weren t able to print my boarding pass and didn t offer a substitute choice it was sunday and no internet caf was around

Great location Good soundproofing and comfortable beds right beside the station and the heart of Greenwich
No 24 hour room service They can get take away but would have preferred non greasy food
Size of the room and bed are good
Room could do with decorating and bringing up to date Staff in the bar were not friendly and got the drinks order wrong twice When checking out we were told we didn t owe anything even though we said we did to then have money taken out of the bank a week later but not receive any notification or receipt
