The Hotel has two modules, one recently inaugurated located just 50 meters from the main building, where the Deluxe and Superior Double and Triple rooms are located. The main building was completely renovated, and there is the restaurant and the breakfast room.

Providing a tranquil environment, rooms at Basia Hotel & Sushi feature king-size beds, private bathrooms and cable TVs. Some units include views of the garden.

A wide array of activities is available in the surroundings, including fishing and skiing. Housekeeping services are provided for free.

The property is 16.5 km from San Carlos de Bariloche International Airport. Free outdoor parking is available. Based on local tax laws, all Argentine citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) must pay an additional 21% VAT. Only foreigners who pay for their stay with a foreign credit card will be exempt from paying the additional 21% VAT on accommodation and breakfast. To do this, they must present a foreign passport or identity document together with a document issued by the national immigration authorities, if applicable.

Due to a local green tax, guests over the age of 14 will be charged an additional USD 3 per person per night up to a maximum of 3 nights.

The swimming pool and parking are located within the 2-hectare accommodation about 80 meters from the main building (mansion).
