Located in Bambalapitiya in Colombo, this hotel is right at the heart of Colombo's business district, but nicely nestled away from the busy Galle Road in its own cul de sac. Colombo-Bandaranaiake Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

The hotel provides 12 retro-chic suites that blend contemporary designer styles with the charms of a magnificent 200-year-old Moorish mansion. The mansion is adorned with many Italian and Indian mosaic floors, sculpted arches, moulded ceilings and Moorish-style balconies, and is one of the few remaining treasures of its era. The gated and very private hotel welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, and currency exchange facilities. There is a cafe, bar and restaurant and guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the on-site car park.
