The Aubrey Santiago

The Aubrey is a friendly English owned boutique hotel situated in a converted mansion in the citys cultural centre, Bellavista. It is a short walking distance from Metropolitano Park and Cerro San Cristobal Hill.

Daily, guests are served a complimentary buffet breakfast including eggs cooked to order, omelets, freshly ground coffee, fresh seasonal fruits, pastries and homemade breads.

The Aubrey is a transformed space with 15 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with a unique character and most with balconies and terraces. Guests are greeted with daily complimentary bottled water. Turndown service is provided and they all have stylish bathrooms with Hansgrohe showers. Its designer-furnished rooms have LCD TVs, 300-thread cotton bedding and free Wi-Fi access.

Guests are greeted with a complimentary pisco sour and may enjoy a soothing afternoon tea at the propertys dining room. Additionally, The Aubrey has a heated outdoor swimming pool with 3 massage jets and an integrated hot tub. Theres an indoor/outdoor bar with poolside service. Other facilities include free parking and concierge services.

The Aubrey is steps away from an array of restaurants, a 10-minute walk from Baquedano Metro Station and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Providencia. Santiago International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Please inform The Aubrey Boutique Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Please note reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to 3pm of arrival date free of charge.

The value of the first nights stay will be charged for reservations not cancelled by this time.

Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of arrival date will be charged the full value of the stay.

LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
