The Location was good just walking distance to paddington train station

It is unbelievable expensive I paid more then 300 Pound for 1 night and rooms are very very small and far away from standard size For me it is a no go for such price level

We loved everything about this hotel From the moment we arrived the friendly staff couldn t have been more helpful The room and bathroom were spotless spacious and super comfortable The hotel continental breakfast is plentiful and includes boiled as you like them eggs The additional al la carte breakfasts are very large servings enough for two to share The location fantastic on a beautiful quiet street and just a few minutes walk from the Earls Court Underground Very convenient Would definitely stay there again

Nice people ready to help and to support you during your trip Breakfast is incredible Gives you the boost you need for a day around the city Location is not central but is situated in a quite area and Earl Court is just 20 min by tube from all great places

Wifi was not top Connection difficult to establish and lost several time but okay we were on holiday so no need to stay wired

The friendliness politeness and overall excellence of the service from all members of staff that we encountered We were made to feel very welcome by all We asked the young woman on reception during the night Friday Saturday lots of directions to shops and galleries There was an envelop under our door in the morning containing all the information we d asked for Excellent shower Very comfortable bed It was great to be able to open the windows in the room Perfect location for Paddington trains and the tube

Two single people sharing a twin room would be more comfortable if their beds had some space between them NOT side by side

location is perfect

Easy access to Piccadilly tube line for the west end and Leicester Square

Bar on top floor is lovely Staff very nice and helpful Nice touch of giving everyone an Easter egg Gym good although a little warm

The staff are the best Assisted with a medical problem and followed up continuously Stayed on upper floor away from any road noise Near many pubs restaurants

Restaurant breakfast is overpriced and not a good value Don t pre buy included breakfast

We booked a night here during a week long holiday in a nearby coastal resort so that we could explore Barcelona The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly We ended up being upgraded due to room availability and had a sun terrace with a four poster bed style sun bed on it It was absolutely gorgeous but made us less inclined to want to explore The pool and sun loungers downstairs were lovely and got quite a bit of sun despite being surrounded by tall buildings The shower was really good

There were music speakers on our sun terrace that playing music that was not to our taste but there was no obvious way to switch this off The pool didn t open until 11am the following day so there was no opportunity for an early morning swim before checking out
