The distance to the beach of Son Bou and the commercial center is about 2 kms and although you can go for a walk if the temperatures allow it, for your comfort, it is very important to know that we recommend you to have your own or a rented vehicle. Keep in mind that the area of Torre Sol is residential and you have to go to the commercial center of Son Bou to make any kind of purchase. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with native plants, each villa has a private pool where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of the environment from the terrace. The Villas are surrounded by a hedge so the privacy of these villas is not total, something that should be taken into account.

Cleaning is only once a week for bookings of 7 nights. This accommodation is on a "self-catering" basis, that is, accommodation only, so no supermarket products or food services etc. are provided, so the client must self-cater. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
