Villa Walter provides family-friendly, non-smoking apartments. Renovated in February 2011, the apartments feature bedrooms and living rooms with open kitchens, and spacious bathrooms with natural daylight.

The Leinfelden S-Bahn (city rail) station is just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can reach the heart of Stuttgart in approximately 20 minutes, while the trade fair and airport are just a 7-minute journey away. You can easily reach the SI-Centrum (entertainment venue) by underground.

On lazy days, stroll through the surrounding fields and woodlands, or explore Leinfeldens shops, restaurants, and leisure opportunities. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Geranienstrasse 8, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen. Please inform Villa Walter in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
