You got a complimentary bottle of water each day and a homemade cookie

Location staff and the bed

Staff was accomodating

The room was a lot less nice than expected from small plaster tears in the walls an overflowing shower drain and a squeaky bed It was okay but nothing special and not what I would expect of the Hilton

Excellent location Nice and clean Excellent gym

Prices at the bar downstairs too pricey

Bed was very comfortable and the room was well furnished Location was central

Window in room didn t close properly We had to change room We got a 7am alarm call from reception which we had not requested Breakfast in room was just about ok

The staff in the bar the night we arrived were excellent all very friendly Chef offered to cook for us even though we arrived after the kitchen was officially closed

I had to go looking for the waitress at breakfast to ask for a spoon for my cereal and again for my coffee Also had to ask if she could bring out more cheese as there was none left on the cheese board That said I did love my continental breakfast
