The Lincoln Hotel B&B

Our hotel is situated within the North Bay of the popular North Yorkshire seaside town of Scarborough. We are close to all North Bay amenities, as well as having easy access to the town centre and south bay.

The hotel offers bed and breakfast. The friendly atmosphere is designed to make your stay both comfortable and happy. All our rooms are en suite with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Guests have their own keys with access at all times. Please inform The Lincoln Hotel - B&B in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If the stay is for one night only, the full amount will be taken.

Please be aware that there is limited car parking spaces on site and cars may need to be moved in order to cater for guests wishing to use their car during their stay.

From March to October Minimum stay at weekends is three nights. Any late cancellations or no shows are liable to incur a charge of two thirds of the total cost of the room unless any nights we are able to re-let. This charge will be taken from the credit card given as security.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties or similar style groups.

Late arrivals are acceptable if prior arrangements have been made with the hotel.
