The House near Bath

Just 15 minutes drive from the Roman city of Bath and Longleat Safari Park, this quirky family owned country house sits within stunning grounds in beautiful rural Somerset. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the property.

The House boasts unique dcor inspired by one of the owners who lived and travelled around Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.

The individually styled guest rooms all feature a large flat-screen TV and a mini bar. All rooms are en suite and have countryside views. A tea and coffee station is situated on each floor.

The bar is in the conservatory and guests may enjoy the most unusual variety of drinks on the terrace overlooking the stunning grounds. Breakfast is a very relaxed affair and on fine days this is also served on the terrace and even in the garden.

The House is about 10 minutes drive from Frome, Trowbridge, Westbury, and Warminster. Salisbury, Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury are located around 40 minutes drive. The bus to Bath and Frome stops outside The House. Continental or full English breakfast is provided.

Children over 5 years of age can be accommodated by prior arrangement in the coach house rooms only. There is a surcharge of GBP 20 per child per night. A third adult in the rooms is not permitted.

Children under 12 years are not permitted in the main house or attic rooms. Bookings with children under 12 years must be mentioned at the time of reservation.

The main house and attic rooms offer free Wi-Fi access.
