We enjoyed the upgrade offer

We had a bad Experience with the Lift our card stopped working at 12 and my friend and I went in the Lift seperate times and both our cards didn t work and we were stuck in the Lift on our own and got worried because the Lift doors didn t open so we couldn t get out We were both frightened and had to wait for someone to come and use the lift we didn t know we had to get the cards active again As we were upgraded to check out at 1pm Can you let other customers know as it was a very bad experience and upsetting That was the only complaint we had Otherwise we had a great time

Great location Good breakfast Fast lifts Good parking

Arrived early but the receptionist wouldn t even check on the system to see if a room was free we understand the hotel is busy but were surprised that she refused even to check The concierge wouldn t less us stop in front of the hotel for just a minute to put bags because a VIP was about to arrive The VIP was just another family doing exactly what we wanted to do perhaps they had pre tipped better Overall we have stayed many times and will do again as the hotel is usually great but we suspect the hotel management has recently changed and this has has a detrimental effect on how customers are treated Hopefully this will be addressed as it s a great hotel

Excellent location Love this part of London

The rooms was too hot for me and the air con too noisy and not very efficient

Room quite small nice size bath WiFi was difficult to use

Room uncomfortable The Shower was like a dripping tap no pressure at all We upgraded to the gold and was told the room had a large bed so untrue that made it uncomfortable to sleep

Extra cost for wifi

elevator service not adequate when the hotel is very busy
