Pillow and bed too hard and room too confined especially bathroom However upon request they gave me a soft pillow Nice if sports had been shown on TV but available at nearby pubs

Very clean and modern rooms

The view was amazing we were on the 4th floor from our balcony we could see the magnificent Sch nbrun palace The room was exellent very spacious and modern We enjoyed every second in our suite especially in the bathroom with a bathtub and shower Pure luxury

This hotel is lovely and is literally around the corner from Trafalgar Square I will definitely stay there again when I m in London

Having booked with Booking com we knew what the final amount to be paid to the hotel was but when we checked in the hotel said that there was an extra charge in relation to VAT etc We paid this extra amount close to GBP100 extra After looking at our booking confirmation again we spoke to reception upon checking out and they rectified the issue of overcharging us I say this just so others are aware

Bar staff more interested in chatting than customers Rooms rather tired and upgrade was for a view from a tiny window Price and star rating generates expectations of certain standards that weren t met

Responsive friendly staff for any issue Comfortable small bar area to meet friends before heading to the theatre again with good staff Excellent location for accessing all that London has to offer

Room was replenished after our first day with only one towel which we didn t realise till after my husband finished his shower No replenishment of tea coffee milk etc A nuisance rather than a drama but it s the small things that let down what could have been a 100 experience

We had to wait over 40 minutes for our room to be assigned when we got there Once we were finally there the air conditioner didn t work phone didn t work WiFi didn t work Beds were noisy and walls definitely too thin
