No car park availability reception staff extremely rude

The room was super comfortable spacious and quiet Also clean and well maintained The staff were friendly and attentive Had access to executive lounge which was a definite plus The breakfast was good as buffets go Don t be put off by the location Hanger Lane tube station a 2 minute walk away and 25 minutes on the Central Line to central London Highly recommended

Seating in breakfast room a little cramped

Room was nice spacious with huge bed it was clean tidy Found the tea coffee facilities eventually hidden away in the cupboard Staff were very friendly and helpful

Parking wasn t the best wasn t sure where to go at first we had to park on a busy road to run in ask where to park Not many spaces to park either we got the last space so we were lucky as there is nowhere else to park nearby

Excelleny staff very friendly helpfull kind Hotel is really clean and relax It seems a little bit far from city centre but very close to metro tram and it takes just 5 10 minutes to reach city centre

Nespresso machine would be nice and breakfast was a little bit expensive

Excellent location 2 minutes drive to the Excel carpark probably 5 minutes walk and despite close proximity of Docklands Airport also quiet Small carpark offers ideal place for a valuable car as opposed to a bigger general car park My Aston survived the night

Our room was very hot even with aircon on full blast and not being able to leave the car for 2 days without having to move it every 24h

Asked for back area room as front area noisy when demos on most of the time but got front room Locked out of our room last day even though we had confirmed and prepaid for extra day

Plenty of pillows well decorated room and good sized bath Easy check in and staff were keen to offer a partial refund due to the issues I had when I notified in the morning

Bed was very soft my personal preference is very hard Broken window latch so room got cold overnight Faulty power outlet and wifi had a weak signal it only worked when I stood by the door

The room was amazing with perfect views We had breakfast in our room rather than joining the masses and it was just so good The hotel was very quiet throughout the night no noisy neighbours or street parties

Spa Very friendly staff Easy with things Quiet if you like long sleep in the morning
