You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an additional fee of EUR 25 per hour applies for check-in outside designated hours. Check-in after 21:00 is not possible. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
