we stayed junior sweet room the room size and facility was good enough the location and our view of the room was great loved it The building facility looked old but it seems historical therefore I could enjoy its age
reception was quite disappointed wasn t attentive at all and we were in a queue but just everyone was jumping into our queue and waited for more than 10 mins to check out The reception was really unprofessional
The palace like environment
Staff not very friendly looked s they didn t want to be there and evening meal service not good at all one meal missed off all together Terrible and although everyone had almost finished their meal only a coffee was offered as a gesture

Grumpy lady at the check in Think she needs a vacation Asked if we could have an extra bed in the room and she sighed and said the rooms were too small even if we could easily have fitted four extra beds in the room
Hotel was comfort and valuable for money
Location of the hotel is a bit far from InnereStadt City Center
Everything especially the smoked salmon at breakfast Room and bathroom were luxurious Great location and the building is beautiful
the wifi worked very well at least on the first floor the bed was ok staff quite helpfull
if you re taking the single room with no bathroom don t stay for more than two days there is no shower avaiable NO SOUND ISOLATION AT ALL I didnt sleep well because of other people noise
Very nice hotel next to Sch nbrunn Palace Park Breakfast was really good Subway stop bars restaurants within grasp
As I wrote during our reservation I would appreciate quite room with a bath Unfurtunately there was a broken shower water everywhere and one non isolated door to the hall other rooms have two
