Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that on Sunday, reception opening times are from 09:00 to 14:00.

Please note that twin bedding or double bed is available only by request. The rooms are standard equipped with two single beds connected to each other. Please use the Special Requests box in the reservation for indicating which bed arrangement you wish to have.

Please note that the owner of the credit card used for the booking should be present at check-in, or a valid ID should be presented.

Public parking is possible near the property at a 4 minutes walking from the hotel. Reservation is not possible. Parking costs: EUR 16 per day.

For group reservations, a deposit is requested per room that is booked as a guarantee on the guests credit card. For group reservations, it is mandatory to provide a room list of all travellers.

For individual reservations, a deposit of EUR 49 may be requested. This is collected via credit card. You will be refunded upon check-out. Your security deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
