Hotel Paris

The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable The shower was also roomy We enjoyed the location near Buttes aux Cailles Rodrigo was particularly helpful

Although visually appealing perhaps a wardrobe or rack to accommodate jackets and hooks for towels possibly over the bathroom door would be a bonus

The hotel is very modern and nice Rooms are decently sized and the bathrooms are extremely nice Location is good to explore the surrounding neighborhoods

Facilities are all a bit sub par for a 5 star hotel Breakfast was good but only continental breakfast was included It does not specify that on Booking com and the hotel did not explain on check in either As a result if you get eggs which I did it is 9 or 10 euros extra When I pointed out on check out that it was never explained that breakfast was only partially included the staff apologized but did not offer to remove the charges Also rooms are modern but the iPad controls only work some of the time Pool is fine but small and the hottub is more like a lukewarm pool with jets Unfortunately for the price I have to say there are better options in Paris

The service and ambience were superb The location was excellent as was our Dinner Probably the finest lamb dinner I have ever eaten

The one gentleman at the front desk not sure what his name was was very helpful with my query about sightseeing tours even offered me a map so that I knew exactly where to go

Nobody offered me help with my luggage on arrival nor on my departure so I had to struggle all alone with my heavy suitcases not once was I offered any assistance from the staff very poor service The bathroom was awful the shower over the bath is very old fashioned I ordered a club sandwich from room service which wasn t good at all the lettuce was wilted and brown and the turkey was unevenly cut The fries were good but then again those were probably pre cut and frozen I stayed for 3 nights each night my room was made up differently I strongly believe that a hotel should have consistencey The bed should be made in the same way every time and the pillows fluffed to perfection
