We were given a lovely welcome at reception The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable The view from the terrace cocktail bar is amazing The staff on duty the night we went were incredibly efficient considering how busy the bar was Many thanks to Rosana and team for fabulous service The location is perfect I would recommend this hotel to others

Great location and nice room

Had to wait half an hour to be seated for breakfast and when we did finally get in we were then ignored for ten minutes

The staff were all SO helpful and very nice They all made us feel extremely welcome and were very attentive They also put a card with some chocolates and fruit in our room as it was my partners birthday something I had only mentioned over email beforehand when trying to find a restaurant for the evening of our stay this was a lovely touch The hotel its self is beautiful and in a great location right next to Hyde Park A short 3 minute walk to Queensway Tube Station and a 6 or 7 minute walk to Bayswater Tube Station So very easily accessible It also only takes around 10 15 minutes to get to the hotel from Euston bonus The value for money is great

The room we stayed in was in need of a bit of a refurb The wallpaper looked tatty and blinds were broken this was a little disappointing and I did contemplate asking to be moved However we were on a tight schedule for the day so didn t want to get upset over it Rooms are very small

Lovely hotel great location Staff were excellent Polite professional and also a good sense of humour which i feel always helps

The size of our room it was enormous with a separate dressing room big enough for a bed for our young son So he slept soundly whilst we watched tv in our room Also liked the complimentary teddy bear free movie and popcorn for our son

The lighting console in the bedroom too complicated
