Comfy bed and very friendly staff
Breakfast was continental but there could have been more options
The property has been entirely renovated very intelligently It looks good and is well thought out The staff is good humored and helpful We were in London to work at the British Library so the location was excellent Good transport around London available and he nearby Berkshire shopping center convenient for its large Waitrose and a good selection of inexpensive restaurants a 15 min walk away
It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit at breakfast Otherwise they were quite satisfying

Be aware that room no 1 suite which is in the basement has a tiny window so not much light plus next to the cleaner s cupboard and breakfast room area so lots of door banging early in the morning if you are looking for a bit of a lie in plus distant rumble of subway line

The room staff were brilliant minus a little dust We were so comfortable we overslept so didn t make breakfast It was great that they looked after our luggage as are journey back home wasn t until late so we could go sight seeing in comfort
