They even don t have elevator to the third floor We had to carry our big heavy luggages by ourself One of the stall helped us but she is a GIRL

Pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked through the door Friendly staff The accommodation was spotless Everything in our suite looked brand new Two rooms two TVs and a nice kitchen area with table and chairs Very quiet with comfortable beds We have stayed in many of the hotels in this area but this is the best by far
No cooked breakfast Continental only but food and drinks provided were top quality
Having a reliable internet connection is the most important thing for business trips I had to go to my office at 11PM in the night given the WiFi just didn t work all through my stay And the staff just didn t seem to be taking my request seriously Won t recommend again
Very convenient to transport network and central London Accommodation modern and well maintained Staff friendly and continental breakfast more than adequate For the cost the hotel far surpassed our expectations
